The Sr. Research Analyst is responsible for coordinating and leading performance improvement activities using accepted methodologies for program evaluation, and for development of performance measures, analysis, and reporting of projects, indicators, and outcomes. The Sr. Research Analyst collaborates with interdisciplinary members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, clinical care managers and other professional personnel, and support staff as required. Qualifications: Master’s degree in health sciences, social sciences, health information management, organizational development, or similar field. Ph. D. preferred; Demonstrated expertise in database management and reporting and awareness of ethics and restrictions when using and sharing of cross-system data sources; Demonstrated expertise in use of analytic tools such as SQL, SPSS or SAS. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Visio. (Salary 50,648-67,875)


The Lead Evaluation Analyst leads performance evaluation across a broad spectrum of quality issues related to HealthChoices compliance and Community Behavioral Health’s quality management program. This position provides the analytic support for Program Evaluation Performance Summary (PEPS) and other PA Department of Public Welfare quality management activities, including but not limited to root cause analysis, performance data activity reporting and clinical/cost effectiveness analysis.
Qualifications: Minimum of a Masters Degree in social sciences, health sciences or similar fields required with strong quantitative training. Ph.D. preferred. Relevant Work Experience: Five years or more data and analytic experience post degree, with two years in healthcare industry (preferably managed care) or social service required;Two years or more project management experience preferred. Lead Research Analyst and evaluation projects across a broad spectrum of clinical and quality issues throughout the Department of Behavioral Health & Intellectual disAbilities Services (DBHIDS) in order to measure clinical effectiveness of services and programs, and the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives. This position provides leadership on complex analytic projects involving multifaceted data processing and higher order statistical methodology, and on translation of quality concepts into appropriate measurements. Qualifications: Minimum of a Masters Degree in social sciences (Psychology, Sociology, or Public Health), health sciences or similar fields, PH.D preferred; Five years or more data and analytic experience, with two in healthcare industry (managed care), social service or public health field, required; Expertise in data examination and analysis using SQL, SPSS, SAS, or STATA. The Senior Technical Support Specialist is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of PC, hardware, and LAN/WAN devices and troubleshooting hardware and user technical issues. Transfers and moves equipment to coincide with personnel moves. Assists with troubleshooting and repair of technical problems as well as providing user support. Assists with maintaining the wiring of switches, hubs, and routers, at the direction of the Network Administrator, Disaster Recovery & Network Support Administrator, or Senior Technical Support Specialist. Sets up and tests equipment. Triages calls from support desk; provides solutions to user problems. Enters data into tracking document and responds to user inquires. High school diploma required. Completion of technical training program required. CompTIA “A+” certification required. (Salary Range: $37,794-50,648)


The UNIX and Database Administrator is responsible for providing operational and technical support across multiple UNIX and Windows-based platforms running multiple databases including Informix and SQL Server in a 24/7 environment. Primary Responsibilities: Implement and maintain SQL Server and Informix database systems; Monitor scheduled database and UNIX jobs to ensure successful completion; Perform and verify UNIX and database backup and restore operations; Perform regular capacity planning related to database growth and system utilization; Create and maintain UNIX and database user accounts; Maintain FTP server for EDI file exchange. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required; License/Certification: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Data Platform; Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Informix database administration and in SQL Server database administration. (Salary range: 55,840-74,833)


The Information Services Security Analyst ensures the security of Community Behavioral Health’s protected health information (PHI) and other sensitive data, while complying with HIPAA, HITECH, and other applicable regulations. Primary responsibilities include: Maintain and monitor firewall, intrusion detection, SIEM (security incident and event management), and DLP (data loss prevention) systems; monitor incidents and respond according to Security Incident Response procedures; monitor error messages, performance analysis data and available resources; keep current with updates; maintain network infrastructure (routing and switching) equipment and performs upgrades as necessary; ensure the timely patching of security vulnerability on client systems via Microsoft System Center; analyze, develop and revise information security policies and procedures, in compliance with HIPAA, HITECH and other regulations. Qualified cnadidates must have a college degree in a related field and/or combination of technical school education, training, certifications and experience; Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in a technical position required, including at least two (2) years in network security. Experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred; Experience with firewalls, network switches, and other network infrastructure components.; General working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS, DNS, and wireless connectivity.(Salary Range: $53,181-$71,269)


The Clinical Care Manager conducts initial and concurrent reviews for behavioral health care treatment, including inpatient psychiatric treatment, inpatient substance abuse treatment, behavioral health rehabilitation services, acute partial and residential treatment; assesses for risk factors; identifies individuals requiring care management services; guides the discharge planning process with treatment providers; and coordinates continuity of care. Qualified applicants must possess Master’s Degree and/or Advance Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology; or equivalent, and a minimum of three (3) years experience post-graduate experience in assessment and/or experience working with children with an autism spectrum disorder. (Salary Range: $45,939 - $61,564)
