The Certified Peer Specialist supports CBH Clinical Department in the proper procurement of behavioral health services of CBH members. The Certified Peer Specialist will assist members in connecting to physical and behavioral health services and community resources. The Certified Peer Specialist will remain connected and conduct follow up to members while involved in the Community Based Care Team Model. Position Requirements: Completion and certification through Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual DisAbility Services Certified Peer Specialist/Certified Recovery Specialist/Certified Recovery Specialist training curriculum; Relevant Work Experience: Possesses at least 1 - 2 years of direct service experience as a Peer Support Specialist. Experience as a WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) Facilitator Preferred. (Salary: $30,000)


This senior leadership position is responsible for providing administrative oversight of the physicians and clinical oversight of the clinical program. The position provides leadership in the development and implementation of clinical policy and initiatives throughout the Department of Medical Affairs. This highly visible position requires a MD or DO degree, minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical psychiatry including inpatient care with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience such as Psychiatric Unit Director, PA licensure, and board certification. Previous experience working with the Medical Assistance population, familiarity with MA regulations, autism expertise is preferred. 


The Lead Evaluation Analyst leads the performance evaluation across a broad spectrum of quality issues related to HealthChoices compliance and Community Behavioral Health’s quality management program. This position provides the analytic support for Program Evaluation Performance Summary (PEPS) and other PA Department of Public Welfare quality management activities, including but not limited to root cause analysis, performance data activity reporting and clinical/cost effectiveness analysis. Qualifications: Minimum of a Masters Degree in social sciences, health sciences or similar fields required with strong quantitative training. Ph.D. preferred. Relevant Work Experience: Five years or more data and analytic experience post degree, with two years in healthcare industry (preferably managed care) or social service required; Two years or more project management experience preferred. 


The Clinical Care Manager conducts initial and concurrent reviews for behavioral health care treatment, including inpatient psychiatric treatment, inpatient substance abuse treatment, behavioral health rehabilitation services, acute partial and residential treatment; assesses for risk factors; identifies individuals requiring care management services; guides the discharge planning process with treatment providers; and coordinates continuity of care. Qualified applicants must possess Master’s Degree and/or Advance Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology; or equivalent, and a minimum of three (3) years experience post-graduate experience in assessment and/or experience working with children with an autism spectrum disorder.
