ASSOCIATE MEDICAL DIRECTOR FOR CHILDREN'S SERVICES

This senior leadership position is responsible for providing administrative oversight of the physicians and clinical oversight of the clinical program. The position provides leadership in the development and implementation of clinical policy and initiatives throughout the Department of Medical Affairs. This highly visible position requires a MD or DO degree, minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical psychiatry including inpatient care with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience such as Psychiatric Unit Director, PA licensure, and board certification. Previous experience working with the Medical Assistance population, familiarity with MA regulations, autism expertise is preferred.


ADULT PSYCHIATRIS/PHYSICIAN ADVISOR

In this highly visible position, the successful candidate will provide leadership and consultation to our care management teams, review and authorize inpatient and residential level of care, participate in quality management activities, and ensure appropriate coordination of care, as needed, with physical health managed care organizations. This is a full time position at 37.5 hours per week, with a liberal benefit package including a 403(b) plan and fully paid malpractice coverage. A minimum of five (5) years experience in adult psychiatry is required, along with Board certification in general Psychiatry and an unrestricted medical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Some substance abuse experience required. Satisfactory completion of an ACGME accredited general psychiatry residency program. An American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology diplomate in General Psychiatry. Some experience with substance abuse required.


LEAD EVALUATION ANALYST

The Lead Evaluation Analyst leads the performance evaluation across a broad spectrum of quality issues related to HealthChoices compliance and Community Behavioral Health’s quality management program. This position provides the analytic support for Program Evaluation Performance Summary (PEPS) and other PA Department of Public Welfare quality management activities, including but not limited to root cause analysis, performance data activity reporting and clinical/cost effectiveness analysis. Qualifications: Minimum of a Masters Degree in social sciences, health sciences or similar fields required with strong quantitative training. Ph.D. preferred. Relevant Work Experience: Five years or more data and analytic experience post degree, with two years in healthcare industry (preferably managed care) or social service required; Two years or more project management experience preferred. (Salary Range: $55,840 - $67,875)


CLINICAL CARE MANAGER

The Clinical Care Manager conducts initial and concurrent reviews for behavioral health care treatment, including inpatient psychiatric treatment, inpatient substance abuse treatment, behavioral health rehabilitation services, acute partial and residential treatment; assesses for risk factors; identifies individuals requiring care management services; guides the discharge planning process with treatment providers; and coordinates continuity of care. Qualified applicants must possess Master’s Degree and/or Advance Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology; or equivalent, and a minimum of three (3) years experience post-graduate experience in assessment and/or experience working with children with an autism spectrum disorder. (Salary Range: $45,939 - $61,564)
