The Director of Accounting Operations manages the general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, cash management and state and regulatory financial reporting functions. Essential Functions: Monitor daily functions of the general ledger, payroll, accounts payable and cash management functions to ensure transactions are conducted in accordance with General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and with regulatory requirements; Create and maintain accounting procedures and policies; Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, regulatory reports and tax returns; Monitor month and year end accounting closing functions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA required, Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior accounting management role with people management responsibilities.


The Accountant is responsible for entering general ledger transactions, ensuring the accuracy of work papers and journal entries and assisting all other areas of the accounting department. Prepares selected journal entries and accruals, enters entries on the general ledger system, and submits entries for approval within ten days after month-end. Prepares account analysis to support assigned trial balance accounts and prepares any necessary adjustments within fifteen days after month-end. Work on special projects as directed by the Director of Accounting Operations. Files all supporting documentation, work papers and reports in sequential order by month and submits to Director for review. Prepares weekly city invoice with appropriate back up. Support Senior Accountant in maintaining fixed asset detail and depreciation schedule. Reconciles accounts to the general ledger and records adjustments and depreciation to the general ledger. Back up support for payroll processing. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Familiarity with computerized accounting systems. Thorough familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. (Salary Range: $45,939 - $61,564)


The Sr. Research Analyst is responsible for coordinating and leading performance improvement activities using accepted methodologies for program evaluation, and for development of performance measures, analysis, and reporting of projects, indicators, and outcomes. The Sr. Research Analyst collaborates with interdisciplinary members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, clinical care managers and other professional personnel, and support staff as required. Qualifications: Master’s degree in health sciences, social sciences, health information management, organizational development, or similar field. Ph. D. preferred; Demonstrated expertise in database management and reporting and awareness of ethics and restrictions when using and sharing of cross-system data sources; Demonstrated expertise in use of analytic tools such as SQL, SPSS or SAS. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Visio. (Salary 50,648-67,875)


The Clinical Care Manager conducts initial and concurrent reviews for behavioral health care treatment, including inpatient psychiatric treatment, inpatient substance abuse treatment, behavioral health rehabilitation services, acute partial and residential treatment; assesses for risk factors; identifies individuals requiring care management services; guides the discharge planning process with treatment providers; and coordinates continuity of care. Qualified applicants must possess Master’s Degree and/or Advance Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology; or equivalent, and a minimum of three (3) years experience post-graduate experience in assessment and/or experience working with children with an autism spectrum disorder. (Salary Range: $45,939 - $61,564)
